BEHOLDER RETURN TO THE MIDLANDS AND THIS TIME THEY'VE BROUGHT SOME FRIENDS TO COME AND PLAY.........
EVIL SCARECROW - Rising from the ashes of what was undoubtedly the greatest "Blue Peter Metal" band of their time - Thor's Children, Evil Scarecrow have gone on to leave audiences awed by their Iron Maiden meets Black Metal meets stickyback plastic performances.
With influences from artists such as Megadeth, Marilyn Manson, Europe and of course Immortal's make up application techniques, you can never be too sure what will be served up next, but that's just part of the experience.
Since the release of their debut album “Crowcifiction” and then its follow up the “Hell Dog” EP the band have received praise from music critics and fans alike. They have gigged extensively in the UK winning the hearts of Metal fans wherever they are heard.
SNAKEBITE - Snakebite are a four piece heavy metal band from South-East London, offering up a heart-stopping cocktail of classic rock groove, hell-for-leather thrash and a seemingly endless torrent of gargantuan riffs. Yet it was this campaign which showcased their talents and brought them to the attention of the Bloodstock Judges and Metalheads alike...
Originally formed in 2003 and having undergone a number of line-up changes since then, the band has now settled on a crack squad of elite heavy metal mercenaries, equal to the demands of even the most suicidal of missions. They have also racked up shows across this sceptered isle, were recently selected to play at WACKEN 2010 (!), performed a successful set at Bloodstock 2009 (on a bill featuring the likes of Carcass, Arch Enemy, Blind Guardian and Municipal Waste) and received national radio play, courtesy of Kerrang Radio!
CRITICAL MASS - Featuring founder members of the original Beholder, Critical Mass offer up a veritable smorgers board of Classic Metal Tunes. Igniting the evening with tracks by Sepultura, Drowning Pool, Rage Against The Machine, Metallica and more - this should loosen the necks up nicely !!
AGINCOURT - The band were heavily influenced by the New Wave of British
Heavy Metal (NWOBHM) that emerged in the early nineteen eighties, which
was spearheaded by bands such as Iron Maiden, Diamond Head & Saxon, other influences like Black Sabbath, Scorpions, Megadeth, Dio & others would also influence the musical direction Agincourt would take.
Agincourt songs have received substantial airplay over the years
at local, national & international level, along with video
appearances on national TV .The band have also joined the distinguished
list of artists who have recorded a session for BBC Radio 1, at their famous
Maida Vale Studios in London.
Agincourt are once again working with drummer Paul Brookes
who rejoins the band after a gap of several years. Paul, formerly
of Benediction, White Trash & Marshall Law, to name but a
few, is a well respected drummer & his powerful style
compliments the bands sound.
